Piercing Aftercare
ALWAYS wash your hands before touching your piercing.
DO NOT use any rubbing alcohol,hydrogen peroxide, soaps essential oils or ointments on your piercings.
DO NOT twist or wiggle your jewelry during the healing process.
DO NOT attempt to change your jewelery during the healing process.
DO NOT submerge your piercing in standing water (pool, hot tub, lake, etc.)
It is normal for a small amount of dried blood around the piercing during the first few days after the procedure. Expect the piercing to excrete a milky/crusty discharge. This discharge will continue through the healing process.Expect some swellin and tenderness as this is normal through the healing process. *use a sterile saline solution to clean the piercing twice daily to remove debris. Tae’Tu is a sterile saline based safe solution that we have for sale at the shop.
